Diversified and Adaptable

Since 2013, I’ve developed my human services career through various roles. My academic endeavors are paired with more than a decade of experience in counseling, case management, research, and program development. This background allowed me to develop a diverse portfolio of skills that are vital to my professional work. While knowledge and experience are important characteristics in an employee, my key skills are adaptability and flexibility. I excel at adapting these diverse skills to differing roles and can easily transition to new responsibilities. I’m a high-energy professional and prefer roles that involve multitasking; where balancing several projects, tasks, and responsibilities is essential. My creative thinking and problem-solving skills are fine-tuned, and I maintain a growth-oriented mind frame. Professional Experience

Life Coaching: 2020 to Present

Delivering professional coaching services to individuals and businesses with a focus on growth and development. Specialized individual crisis coaching and SUD mentoring groups provide services focuses on physical, mental, and emotional health.

  • ·         Provided services include: Development of coaching materials for individual action plans, facilitating weekly sessions for ongoing support/accountability to assure successful outcomes.

  • ·         Business services include: Construction of unique corporate action plans, research and advising, development of specific tools, training programs, and policy necessary to meet company goals.  

Case Management/Counseling: 2016 to Present

Supplying case management/counseling services in-person to diverse populations aged 18+ and families

  • Specialize in working with adults/families with an SU disorder and/or involved with CPS, Foster Care, or the legal system.

  • ·         Provided services include: Ancillary resource referrals, preliminary evaluation for SUD, mental illness, and ancillary needs, individual case management appointments, and group psychoeducational courses.

Clinical Practice: 2016 to present

Facilitate individual and group therapy to populations presenting with co-occurring addiction and mental illness in non-profit agencies. Specialized skills managing complex client care in MAT settings.

Undergraduate Symposium (Eastern Michigan University): Conducted an IRB-approved mixed methods study and presented findings at the academic symposium.
